I found it!! >jumps around happily
Aug. 4th, 2003 02:03 pmI found the libretto of Rent. Am very pleased with myself. Gloating. Very very very much.
If anyone wants the site, tell me and I'll either post it or e-mail it to you. Not that I think anyone will, considering no-one besides Kelsey and me have heard the damn thing. And she never reads this. Which irritates me.
Yesterday, I watched Lawrence of Arabia. I hate deserts. The only good thing about them is that the night sky is so unbelievably clear. Just undescribable.
And I watched Witches of Eastwich. I started reading it, but never finished it. Dunno why. Gotta go do that soon. As soon as I finish Narcissus in Chains. No, wait, I promised myself that I would read Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Damn. Well, fine then. 3rd in line. Not bad. God, I irritate myself sometimes.
But what irritates me more is my lazy-ass dad. All he does is sit on the fucking couch and drink beers. I honestly don't understand why my Mom puts up with him.
Anyway, I saw Aida. It was pretty cool. Amneris was by far the best. Aida and Ramades were good, better than most, but Amneris was just brillant. Of course, I never pictured an Egyptian Princess as blonde, but there you go. Learn something new every day. I liked the song 'Fortune favors the Brave', which I have never heard before. I have heard most of the songs, but not that one. They didn't do 'The Messenger' but then again, it would have been kinda hard to sing in that little tiny box/tomb/thing. So yeah. But I like that song. So I was slightly disappointed. But you can't have everything. Marina and her family didn't go with us, for some reason, but Eugene and his family did. My lip gloss dried out my lips, as usual. >sigh<
But I am so happy I found Rent's Libretto. Now if I could just find Jekyll and Hyde. That's what I'm gonna try to do now. And I have to copy the song I'm listening to now into my dragon notebook.
